Your privacy is of great importance to EW Supply B.V. (Easywatersupply). We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the services of Easywatersupply portal and mobile app to protect your data.
Your account
Certain parts of our service require you to register on our portal first. You will then need to provide information about yourself/your company and choose a username. With this we create an account, to which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice. For this we can use the following information: your name and address details, telephone number, billing address and e-mail address. We need these because we can use our demiwater filling points. We keep this information for up to six months after you close the account. We store this information so that you do not have to enter it again and again and so that we can approach you more easily if necessary for the service. You can change information through your account whenever you want.
Handling services
When you purchase demiwater from us, we either keep track of the amount purchased in order to be able to send an invoice at the end of the month, or you pay yourself with the credit that you can top up yourself with our secure app on your mobile. When invoicing at the end of the month, we use your name and address details, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address and payment details. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information for up to two years after your order has been completed and seven years after (that is the legal retention obligation). When upgrading independently via your mobile app, no data from our customers is used. These are entirely in-house managed by our customers in collaboration with PayPal and/or Ideal.
Portal access
With our portal you will get access to a management environment where you can set up, specify and change things for the service yourself. You can keep track of your payments and fillings. In the protected portal you can add customers yourself with your own chosen name and address details, e-mail address and telephone number. Our customers can enter their own sub-customers. For the data of these (sub-customers) companies, our customers have their own responsibility for protecting this data. EW Supply reminds its customers of this responsibility by means of a descriptive email. EW Supply has access to the entered personal/company data of our customers on the portal. This company data and the activities are automatically tracked in statistics. These statistics aim to improve the service to our customers, for example in the form of more filling points near our customers.
With the contact form on our website you can contact us for questions or other requests. For this we use your telephone number, e-mail address, first name, last name and company name. We have a legitimate interest in this. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily grab the information for follow-up questions.
Other parties
We do not give the personal/company details to other companies or persons.
Information
We would like to keep you informed of any new filling points, malfunctions or other important issues. We do this either by e-mail, phone or SMS. You can object to this information at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the opt-out option. You can indicate this when you receive a call, e-mail of sms. You can let us know via our website, phonenumber or our email address info@easywatersupply.nl.
Security
Security of personal data is of great importance to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures: • Access to personal data is protected with a username and password • The data is securely stored in a protected system upon receipt. The passwords are encrypted. • We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) with which all information between you and our portal / website is protected when you enter personal / company data.
Changes to this privacy statement
When our services change, we must also adjust the privacy statement. So always pay attention to the date above and check regularly if there are new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately.

You have the following rights: • Get an explanation of what personal/company data we have and what we do with it • Access to the precise personal/company data we have • Correcting errors • Having outdated personal/company data removed • Withdrawal of consent • Object to a particular use.
